The UKZN Teaching & Learning Office (UTLO) cordially invites you to the Instructional & Learning Design Expo.

About the Expo:

The expo will take place across all five UKZN campuses, featuring a dedicated Tech Zone where participants can interact with emerging technologies that can be integrated into the blended learning environment. Each campus will have information and training stations covering different aspects of blended learning and educational technology:

  1. Advanced Blended Learning Techniques: Exploring emerging practices and technologies in blended learning and pedagogy.
  2. Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) in Learning: Demonstrations and information about AR/VR technologies and their applications in education.
  3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Education: Showcasing AI tools supporting personalised learning, automatic grading, and predictive analytics.
  4. Educational Data Analytics: Introduction to learning analytics tools and interpreting data for enhanced student engagement.
  5. Future of Educational Technology: Discussing trends and potential applications within modules.
