The SRHR “Breaking Barriers” program aims to address gender inequality and advance LGBTQ+ rights within higher education institutions. By focusing on the unique barriers faced by queer individuals and individuals with disabilities, the program strives to create inclusive and safe spaces where all students can thrive. It seeks to raise awareness, challenge discrimination, and inform the design of inclusive environments in higher education, promoting a university community that celebrates diversity, promotes equality, and provides an empowering educational experience for all students.
The SRHR Indaba will be virtually hosted via Zoom on October 13 of 2023 from 09h00 to 13h00.
