COLLECTION/POSTING OF CERTIFICATES
Kindly follow the link below to book the collection/posting of your degree/diploma certificate if you never received your certificate after the graduation ceremonies or when
your certificate was withheld due to outstanding fees:
After booking for collection (personally), or if you wish to use the courier method, you may contact the courier of your choice at your own cost to collect your certificate.

NB!! This link is not for the collection of replacement certificates (misplaced or lost certificates).
Should you encounter issues with holds while booking, you may contact the fees office/library at your respective Campus:

Should you experience problems with fees/grad holds, please go to https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/ and click on the “Submit a ticket” tab at the top-right corner of the page. Select “Student Fees” from the drop-down menu. Fill in the required fields and click on the Submit button once completed.
